Aelius Ianuarius is greatly honoured and serves as Consul for the year. Flavius Constantius serves as Consul for the year in Rome.
In Constantinople, the Eunuch faction is diminished by honours granted to the two military factions, and the Senatorial faction is empowered back to its original level.
